LIMONCELLO AND MERINGUE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE

New entry in the La Perla di Torino chocolate truffle family. The Turin brand challenges the typical seasonality of chocolate with a new chocolate truffle for spring/summer 2024, which joins the range of its gluten-free chocolate truffles now known throughout the world.

In the wake of the great success of the Pistachio and Raspberry Chocolate Truffle, which one year after its launch has already become one of the most loved flavors, La Perla di Torino has decided to expand the range of truffles that mix chocolate and fruity flavors. Thus was born Limoncello and Meringue, the new white chocolate with nougat and natural limoncello aroma: the lemon freshness explosion manages to perfectly balance the sweetness given by the white chocolate and cooked meringue.

A true homage from the Turin maison to the Italianness and in particular to the Mediterranean tradition, which is celebrated not only in the choice of ingredients but also in the wrapping: a reference to the majolica protagonists of spectacular architecture in Southern Italy and throughout the area of the Mediterranean.
