Our organic couverture "Oswaldo" (71%) with citrus, blackcurrant, and black tea flavors, give your recipes an intense chocolate taste. The chocolate is made from selected cacao beans from our own farms in the Huayabamba Valley in Peru.

Organic Ingredients: Cacao mass (Peru), unrefined cane sugar (Paraguay), cacao butter (Dom. Rep.). Cacao: 71% minimum. May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts, and almonds.
