Montélimar Nougat is THE ultimate confectionery from the Provence. It is made according to a very specific recipe with 100% ingredients of natural origin! It will soon be PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified, which will guarantee its superior quality and enhance the unique knowledge of nougat manufacturers in Montélimar.
A VERY SPECIFIC RECIPE : 
According to the practice code, “Montélimar Nougat” must respect the following recipe: 30% garnish: either 30% shelled almonds or 28% almonds + 2% pistachios. The amount of honey: 25% by weight of the dry matter of sweetening matter. The expansion is obtained using only egg white or egg albumin. All these specificities give Nougat de Montélimar a characteristic taste, which differentiates it from other nougats.
