Paccari is particularly known internationally as Tree to Bar and Beyond Fair Trade manufacturer. They produce directly in Ecuador, working with around 4,500 small-scale farmers without any intermediaries. Paccari is also the world's first manufacturer to produce chocolate in Demeter quality. Accumulating over 450 awards since 2012, Paccari belongs to the best chocolates in the world with winning bars at the International Chocolate Awards every year.

Paradai is the newest addition to our range. Searching for unique chocolate makers who produce directly in their country of origin, we discovered this Bean to Bar manufacturer in Thailand. Their exclusive collections are handcrafted in micro-batches.
At ISM, we introduce our fine selection of Single Origin chocolates including cocoa from various regions in Thailand to Europe. Local sourcing means fresher beans, resulting in a better and longer lasting taste. Paradai experiments extensively with different cocoa and the production process – from fermentation, through roasting to the perfect recipe.
In 2022, Paradai won the "World Best Dark Chocolate Award" and the "Best in Competition" Award at the International Chocolate Awards, consistently winning numerous prizes since 2018.
