Ellphi Sugar Substitute and his wide range of low sugar sweets

ellphi® is a bake stable, easy to use sugar substitute
Based on fibers. It can replace sugar 1 on 1 in multiple applications, without loss of mass, lowering R&D cost and creating ease of use savings. Can be used for 'baked in oven applications', just like sugar.
Low Calories : 63% less calories than refined (white) sugar
Fiber rich : 15g of fiber per 100g of product
Glycaemic index : 9±2
Shelf life : 2 years in original closed packaging (store cool & dry)
Packagings : 500 g zip pouches, 10 kg bags, 25 kg bags
Ingredients : polydextrose, dietary fibers, isomalt, sucralose - Version without sucralose also available
Multiple applications : chocolate, cooking, bakeries, desserts, jams, confectioney, ice cream, and much more following your creativity
Together with ellphi, we also present you our wide range of bakery mixes, where sugar has been replaced by ellphi.
All these Ready-to-Mix ingredients are of course also available in the regular sugar version.
