On the third and final day of the fair, numerous visitors from all over the world once again visited ISM Cologne.

For the first time, the ISM Consumer Award 2023 was presented on the last day of the fair.

The most popular product was determined in a consumer voting via Instagram, in cooperation with Food News Germany, among all products submitted for the New Product Showcase.
