About Kate Wilson
Kate is an Associate Professor of Culinary Arts at a leading British Columbia university, and a long-time Twitch culinary instructor. As Lead Food Technolgist she has provided management and guidance for Calowry's R&D laboratories in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, and Cairns, Queensland, Australia. She has been instrumental in the recipe and formulation development and refinement of the world exclusive Calowry technology and its application into over 30% of all existing food SKUs.
