The Expert Stage programme, which was a collaboration between ISM and ProSweets Cologne, reflected the entire industrial value chain of the confectionery and snack industry.

This concentrated expertise opened up new perspectives and provide insights into current consumer and product trends - among others through established market research companies and ISM-Knowledge partners Innova Market Insights and Euromonitor International.
