Mouth-watering innovations: The new products of ISM
The New Product Showcase is the top event of ISM. This is where the exhibitors showcase their products that have been newly developed after the last ISM. A high-quality special exhibition in Hall 10.1 provides you with information about the new products of the sweets and snacks industry.
In the scope of the New Product Showcase Award , the three most outstanding innovations of ISM are selected. The items are selected by an independent jury of experts from the industry, trade and field of science.
The three best innovations will be honored on Sunday, 1 February 2026, on the Talks & Tasting Stage.
On the 2nd day of the fair the winning products will be on display in a special event in Hall 10.1, Stand B 081 / C 110 as well as here on the website.
