The existing supplier trade fair of the sweets industry, ProSweets Cologne, will become ISM Manufacturing from 2027 onwards and is part of the international ISM brand family. Together with ISM, the leading global trade fair for sweets and snacks and ISM Ingredients, a platform for the suppliers of raw materials, ingredients and semi-finished products, it covers the entire value chain of the sweets and snacks industry - from raw materials, production and packaging through to the finished product.

ISM Manufacturing continues to cover the four central theme sections: Packaging Materials, Packaging Technology, Production Technology as well as Operating Equipment & Auxiliary Devices. The focus lies on machines, plants, packaging solutions and production processes - and these are now even more strongly integrated into the overall ISM portfolio.

The trade fair takes place annually in Cologne parallel to ISM and ISM Ingredients, which offers ideal conditions for effective networking between manufacturers and suppliers, bundles innovations centrally and creates new business opportunities at the highest level.

Since 2006, ProSweets Cologne has served as a central platform for suppliers, machine manufacturers, packaging technologies and production processes. After being renamed ISM Manufacturing, this role will be consistently continued and strategically developed.
