Since 2026, ISM Ingredients - The International Ingredients Platform for Sweets & Snacks - has been the central meeting point for the suppliers of raw materials, ingredients and semi-finished products of the sweets and snacks industry. As an independent platform within ISM, it brings together the international suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers and innovation drivers and places the industry's focus on the ingredients of tomorrow.

From the "World of Ingredients" to ISM Ingredients

Evolving from the former "World of Ingredients" of ProSweets Cologne, ISM Ingredients combines expertise, networking and innovation in a modern trade fair and congress format. New impulses and partnerships along the entire value chain are generated here - from the ingredient to the finished product.

A powerful trade fair trio

Together with ISM and the new ISM Manufacturing (formerly ProSweets Cologne), ISM Ingredients forms the most powerful trade fair trio in the international sweets and snacks industry. For the first time, the three platforms unite all sections of the industry under a single brand, creating clear structures and new synergies - from raw materials and ingredients, production and packaging technologies, through to finished products.

The next edition of ISM Ingredients will take place in Cologne from 31 January to 3 February 2027.
