During the production of moulded starch-based confectionery its always necessary to find the sweet spot between a low cooking viscosity (coming with an easy processability) and an appealing elastic product texture. For that challenge Emden® ET 15 is the perfect solution. Furthermore, due to the moderate cooking viscosity Emden® ET 15 allows producers to increase the dry solid content, offering the possibility to save time and energy during the drying process.

Emden® ET 15 is a very universal gelling starch that can be used to produce plant-based jellies, gums and chews as well as for the partial replacement, in various confectionery segments.

Due to its unique characteristic Emden® ET 15 offers an excellent texture with broad application flexibility.
