Early build-up period

Following the opening times for the early build-up period:

The costs for the early build-up are amounting to Euro 1,500.00 EUR (plus VAT) per day, per exhibitor and hall level. The usage fee is charged at a flat rate for the entire period from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., even if the period is not fully used.

The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible.

We would like to point out that during the early assembly period the freight elevators will only be put into operation on request. If you would like to use the elevator in Hall 4, please contact the company we have commissioned, VSU, 5 days before the start of construction at 0221 284-8000/8006, buero.koelnmesse@vsu-sicherheit.de. For use of the freight elevator in Hall 10, please contact S.E.C, Operations Management South Tel: 0221-284 9262, einsatzleitung.sued@sec-security.de.

Only employees of Koelnmesse GmbH or companies commissioned by Koelnmesse GmbH are authorised to operate the lifts.

Furthermore we wish to point out that the heat will not be turned on in the halls until 29.01.2026, the beginning of the official build up period. We would like to draw your specific attention to the fact that if you commence build-up at an earlier date, i.e. prior to the official build up date of 29.01.2026, you will do so at your own risk. Within the scope of the law, Koelnmesse GmbH assumes no liability.

The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds. The booking in the eSlot portal is activated for you.
