The traditional panettone Milanese Flamigni is produced with the recipe created by the Milanese artisan confectioners, which includes his low shape.
The entire preparation of our panettone is centered around the sourdough, the original strain of which is more than 100 years old and allow us to bake a panettone that is always special: soft, rich, with a sweet taste.
For our panettone we only use the best ingredients: French centrifugal butter, Italian candied fruits, selected one by one and produced without the use of sulfur dioxide, sultanas dried in the Mediterranean sun and Italian eggs from hens raised on the ground. The traditional recipe revisited with a look to the future.
