Our specialty, a soft and airy dough, cut into squares that offer a subtle blend of licorice and natural vanilla.
This candy has been produced since 1923 in our workshops and the recipe has remained the same. The dough is erected on wooden boxes, then it rests for 48 hours before being cut into squares or strips.
