About Louisa Page
Louisa Page is a lecturer at Fulda University of Applied Sciences and is responsible for the technical and organisational management of the Food Sensory & Consumer Research Laboratory. She specialises in food sensory analysis, consumer research and food product development. She has extensive experience in planning and carrying out sensory tests and in training sensory skills.
