Use both apps for a successful trade fair visit

The official ISM Cologne and ProsSweets Cologne app will be available again approximately three months before the next event.

In order to gain the best possible benefit from your trade fair visit to ISM and ProSweets Cologne, we recommend all exhibitors and visitors to download both apps.

Each app offers specific information and services that are only available for the respective event. Using both apps grants you a comprehensive overview and you can profit from practical functions like lead tracking, networking and arranging appointments.

Why use both apps?

  • Full information: Not all contents and services of a trade fair are depicted in one app.
  • Simple navigation: You can switch between the two apps in just a few clicks.
  • Efficient lead tracking: Contacts can be generated in a targeted manner and the data conveniently exported at the end of the trade fair.
  • Optimised networking: Arrange appointments and stay in touch with other participants.

1. Download apps:

Download the ISM app and the ProSweets Cologne app from the App Store or from the Google Play Store.

2. Application:

For exhibitors:

  • Log in to the app of your trade fair (i.e. ISM) using your ticket.
  • Use the Koelnmesse log-in data you registered your ticket with for the other app (i.e. ProSweets Cologne.

For visitors:

  • Log in to both apps using your Koelnmesse log-in to gain access to all functions.

3. Lead tracking made easy:

Find contacts:
Search selectively for other participants within the app (visible under "all", if registered).
Note: Contacts are only visible if both are registered in the same app and they have consented to their data being forwarded on.

Scan QR code:
Use the QR code on the ticket of your contacts to save their data.

Export data:
Download all contacts gathered at the end of the day or trade fair as a CSV file.

4. Networking and planning appointments:

  • Initiate chats with your contacts after the lead tracking.
  • Arrange appointments via the integrated diary that shows you available slots.
