About Dr. Frank Heckel
Dr Frank Heckel, Institute Director of the Food Chemistry Institute (LCI) of the Association of the German Confectionery Industry (BDSI) since June 2019, amongst others board member of the German Cocoa and Chocolate Industry Foundation, member of the BfR Commission for Contaminants in the Food Chain and board member of the Food Chemical Society (LChG), specialist group of the Society of German Chemists (GDCH). Member of the scientific advisory board in the section natural sciences at Food Federation Germany, in the Research Association of the German Food Industry (FEI) and in the Industry Association for Food Technology and Packaging (IVLV).
