“Moving forward faster together": This is the basic idea that guides Bettina Röttig in her work for the trade magazine Lebensmittel Praxis (LPV GmbH / Landwirtschaftsverlag Münster). She sheds light on the challenges facing the food industry, particularly in the area of sustainability, and shows in her articles and on stage which (partial) solutions can contribute to future security and the socio-ecological transformation of the food trade and consumer goods industry. Another focus is the topic of conscious nutrition. The specialist journalist of the year 2024 (2nd place) has been part of the editorial team of Lebensmittel Praxis since 2006. After successfully completing her studies in Japanese Studies, Scandinavian Studies and General Linguistics (Magistra Artium at the University of Cologne), she worked in the media department of the German-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Oslo, Norway.
