"DIAMANT-93" Ltd. is a family-owned Bulgarian company founded in the year 1996. For more than 25 years, the company has managed to establish itself as one of the largest confectionery manufacturers in Bulgaria with sales in Europe and the Middle East. Our success is a result of continuous research and original ideas, as well as our policy to be open and flexible in developing, producing and providing high quality products to our beloved customers.
Currently we have our own factory, where we produce using the latest European technologies our main products - Cocoa Coated Honey Cake and Linzer Cake Bars with different fillings under our own brand "Desire" distinguished by its unique taste, great softness and joyful packaging.
The linzer product is a two-layer soft and fluffy cake with different fillings: cocoa cream, white chocolate cream, forest fruits jam and dark chocolate cream. The outside of the Linzer is covered with cocoa glaze.
Under the "Desire" brand, we also produce a soft and fluffy round cake with the addition of natural honey. It is covered with cocoa coating. The taste of the cake resembles a traditional gingerbread. It is plump and aromatic.
We have recently launched our brand new product - "Honeyz". It is a new type of Honey cake that is made mainly of natural honey and without added sugar and palm oil. All this makes the product suitable for consumption by people of all ages, including children.
Except for offering our own brand, we are always open to Private Label Manufacturing.
At ISM 2025 we are going to present two very interesting projects:
1. Mini Linzer cakes packed in a zip bag. Each bag consist of 10 mini linzer cakes with cocoa cream filling. The weight of each cake is 20 grams.
2. Linzer "Desire" with apple jam. We are adding a new masterpiece to our Linzer cakes range, this time with a delicious apple jam filling. The weight of the product is 50 grams.
