The scientific description of the cocoa tree isn't called "Theobroma cacao" in vain - "Food of the gods". At ISM the world's largest selection of chocolate and chocolate products from A for alpine milk to Z for zero bar, filled chocolates and truffles as well as Easter and Christmas items are on display.

Named after an important ingredient of its products, the most colourful section of ISM presents bonbons and sugar-coated sweets, peppermints and glucose, chewing-gum, fruit gums and liquorice, marzipan and nougat as well as Turkish delight and halva.

Ice cream, deep-frozen sweets and raw pastes

Chilled sweets were already popular in old China and ancient Europe. At ISM they are presented in the form of fruit ice cream, dairy ice cream and pre-portioned items. As the younger relation of ice cream, frozen yoghurt is also represented. Frozen cakes and frozen biscuits round of the frozen offer of sweet products.
