Target and sales markets
Our sun-dried figs are Calabacita Variety, grown in Almoharin (Caceres, Spain) They have a mellow, tender, plentiful flesh with thin and smooth skin. It should be highlighted its distintctive aroma and sweetness, togehter with its tiny seeds and excellent nutritious qualities. They are available with rice flour, gluten-free certified, to avoid sticking and also with our without stems. These figs are perfect to make fig bonons, fig cakes, cookies, jams and/or fig paste. Also to eat as snack.
Marmalade made with dry figs (65%) and sugar. Available in glass jars of 210 grams. Together with toasted bread and cheese, served as a side dish for meat, or used as a filling for baked apples or cupckaes.
The Balsamic Fig Vinegar, is made with Wine vinegar and fig jelly. It has many uses, giving an original touch to salads, cocktails of fruits, ice creams and it can also be used to cook roast beef or chicken.
