It was 1910 when Ines Rosales retrieved the “Olive Oil Torta” family recipe and began selling them at Seville Train Station to support her family. More than a century later, every Torta is still unique and unrepeatable thanks to the delicate hands that shape them just before they are oven baked.
An iconic product of Seville, containing ingredients that reflect the three cultures which have come together to create the identity of this part of Spain. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, anise, sesame seeds, cinnamon, orange...We only use ingredients that are part of the Mediterranean Diet so that the products we create are healthy and well-balanced.
After more than a century of production, every single Torta is still carefully shaped by hand. They are then baked in the oven to give them their unmistakeable crispy, light, and flaky texture.
