Target and sales markets
The production process of Confiture l'Ardennaise has a patent for Europe.
They cook the fruit under vacuüm at 65°.
With a condensator they regain all the evaporated aroma's and reinsert them at the end of the production. This gives the jam a nice color, an intensif fruit flavor and chuncks of fruit.
They produce conventional and organic jam.
Confiture l'Ardennaise is IFS certified and the organic products are under control of Certisys.
It is a very flexible family business and they always try to meet with the cutomers' needs.
All the products are ALL NATURAL; they contain no preservatives nor colorants.
