"Cabosse" is a unique 'upcycled' dark chocolate with cocoa fruit filling. By using the cocoa fruit to make the filling of the chocolate, not only the cocoa pods are used, but the whole fruit. This chocolate is made with respect for nature and respect for the cocoa farmers. By using the full cocoa fruit, there is less waste, the farmers get more income and it's an ecologically responsible choice. But also the taste is very unique and refreshing.
