'A heart made of chocolate!' that is how the founder of the Chocolate Museum, Dr mult. h.c. Hans Imhoff, liked to describe himself. Since the Chocolate Museum opened its doors over 26 years ago, Aiga Corinna Müller has been part of the Chocolate Museum team and she too has developed a heart made of chocolate. Since 2017 she has been the maître chocolatier of the Chocolate Museum and has the task of seducing our visitors with chocolately creations. Together with a small team of maître chocolatiers, she gets our visitors acquainted with the world of chocolate in the confectionery. She not only explains how a bitter bean is transformed into a melt-in-the-mouth treat, but also lets you create your own bar of chocolate. As a highlight, the fine handicraft of the art of making filled chocolates can be learnt and based on seasonal recipes small culinary delights are conjured up under the direction of the maître chocolatier.
The maître chocolatier, Aiga Corinna Müller, also lets her heart of chocolate beat faster in the live show on the Sweet Kitchen@ISM stage.
