Webinar and trade article „Experiential Snacking, Innovating with Texture, Format and Flavour“, Euromonitor

The global snacks market is rapidly evolving, with the development of its sensory experience heavily hampered by the impact of Covid-19 and the need to adapt and capture consumers’ demand in the era of the new normal. On the one hand, channel closure and social distancing are causing a loss of momentum due to the new consumer lifestyle. On the other hand, home-seclusion is driving a rapid acceleration in the on-going shift towards bringing the experience home and the increasing relevance of trends such as hometainment.

To overcome the reduced occasions and to stimulate consumers demand, this presentation focusses on the three promising pillars in experiential innovations: texture, format and flavour.

You can access the recording of the webinar here (available from 25 February 2021, 9:00 CET) on demand.
