Pricing - The most powerful lever in driving growth

Pricing is the most powerful tool available to any business to affect growth and profit. Yet, so few businesses know how to set pricing effectively other than using cost+ methodologies.

In this session I will introduce the audience to the power of pricing, the tools available to manufacturers and retailers to establish correct pricing for their ranges and some of the key watchouts from the 900 pricing projects we have completed at EPIC Conjoint.

We will walk through some case examples from across categories and look to showcase a confectionary specific example.
