In various representative online surveys, the BDSI asked consumers about their knowledge and use of confectionery and snack products.
The consumer surveys were conducted in November 2022 with a sample size of n=1,119, in November 2021 with n=1,036 and in December 2020 with a sample size of n=1,057 by the market research institute Bilendi/respondi.
This shows which factors are particularly relevant for consumers - not only, but especially for product innovations.
