On the new Sweet Kitchen@ISM show stage in Hall 3.1, interesting live shows on all aspects of confectionery took place for the first time. Here you had the opportunity to experience the production process of various sweets up close in a relaxed atmosphere - from turning sweets to filling and decorating macarons.

Visitors were inspired and tasted the freshly prepared delicacies!

Daniela Sepp has been running the gluten-free manufacturing company, Principessa's, since 2011, which is famous for the best macaroons from Munich and highest quality sweet temptations. Totally in line with the motto "Enjoyment for everyone", Principessa's specialises in the finest gluten-free delights that can also be enjoyed carefree in spite of food intolerances.

The love for the product and processing of the finest ingredients are matter of course and are always the top priority.

Together with the delicious crème de la crème series, the gluten-free baking mixtures, the macaroon wonder and the magical cakes bring the original Principessa's enjoyment to the home and thus satisfy the highest demands in quality and taste!

At this year's ISM, Daniela Sepp brought the original Principessa's taste enjoyment to our show stage live! From the elegant shell to the delicious filling, she explained and demonstrated step for step, how the "jewels of the patisserie" are created and would finally enjoy sumptuous macaroon moments with you.

Florian Belgard fulfilled his lifelong dream when he founded his own bonbon manufacturing company in Danzig, Poland in the year 2003, which quickly became internationally renowned. Ten years later, he opened the first store in the Old Town in Cologne and in the meantime runs three own bonbon manufacturing companies and five licensee companies.

His Candy Shows, which take place and are famous internationally, whisk you off in a world full of scents, colours and tastes. Here you could experience the production steps of manufacturing sweets close-up - from boiling the sugar, to the dyeing process, through to the aromatisation and sampling of the finished product.

You experienced here from the viewpoint of a professional in a charming and amusing way things worth knowing about the history, production, implementation areas along with the advantages and disadvantages of sugar.
