Coffee, tea and cocoa have been an integral part of the trade fair concept since 2015. The delicious hot drinks have been awarded with their own section, the Cologne Coffee Forum, in Hall 5.2. The visitors have here the opportunity to sample and order various specialities.

The IIAC International Institute of Coffee is dedicated to sensory evaluation of espresso, perfecting a specific tasting method. Under the direction of its experts, the visitors can experience and taste twice a day what distinguishes a genuine Italian espresso.
Latte Art Workshop
In the compact workshop, a trainer from the Italian Barista School in Brescia will show how to whip small works of art on the cappuccino and thus impress your guests!
